FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions:
What is the difference between an Open Edition and a Limited Edition?
An Open Edition print can be produced an infinite number of times. A Limited Edition print is limited to a predetermined number of prints by size. It is authenticated, numbered, and signed by the artist. Once the specified print run sells out there will not be another reprint of that photograph and size. RRFA Limited Editions are 50 prints per size.
Will you ever republish a Limited Edition photograph?
No, each Limited Edition is produced up to the specified number.
Is the art signed?
Yes, both Open and Limited Edition RRFA prints will feature a digitally embedded signature on the front of the image and a tamper-resistant label on the back.
How do you authenticate your Limited Edition artwork?
We have an authentication system to ensure the integrity and security of each work of art by Randuz Romay to minimize the risk of forgery and duplication. A signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is included with each Limited Edition print. A serialized and numbered hologram can be found on the front of your COA. A second, identically numbered tamper-resistant seal is applied to the reverse side of the photograph with Randuz Romay’s signature. A third, identically numbered tamper-resistant seal is secured at the RRFA office. The combination of the COA and matching, serialized hologram system gunarantees that each COA relates to only a singular work of art made by Randuz Romay.
Can I order a print smaller or larger than the sizes you offer?
We have selected the best sizes to represent the vision of the artist. We will not offer prints smaller than the sizes available, but we will consider larger sizes. Please contact us at info@randuzromay.com.
What is your turnaround time?
Each RRFA print is custom made to order and turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from receipt of your order.
What happens if I lose my COA?
We keep copies of all COAs centrally to document your limited edition print. For a fee we will reauthenticate a lost COA. Please contact us at info@randuzromay.com.
Do you offer Licensing Agreements?

Care & Handling
How do I hang my framed artwork?
Your framed RRFA artwork will be shipped with the appropriate hanging equipment already attached to the back of the frame and ready to hang.
Where do I hang my artwork?
We recommend not displaying your photograph in direct sunlight, high humidity above 60%, or high temperatures in excess of 75°F, as this could cause damage to your image, including fading in the photograph or the formation of bubbles on the mounted image.
Acrylic Face Mounts
Please use extreme caution when cleaning the surface of your Randuz Romay artwork. We recommend dusting the surface of your framed artwork with a soft, damp cloth; apply only light pressure, and dry by blotting the cloth. Dry or gritty cloths may cause surface scratches.
Do not use window cleaning sprays, kitchen scouring compounds, or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, or lacquer thinner to clean your image, as this may cause permanent damage.
Wood Frames & Glass Covers
We recommend dusting your frame periodically. Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the wood frame. Please avoid using liquid and chemical cleaning products, as these will cause the finish to deteriorate over time.
Prints Only
Please do not touch the printed area of the photograph and only handle the print at the white margins where there is no pigment. Keep your print in a dry, cool place and out of direct sunlight.
